Ease of access
Appointments can be booked online or by telephone. For the convenience of patients who come from far-off places, we offer appointments that suit train times (train stations are Thrissur or Wadakkancheri). We send reminder text messages 24 hours prior to appointments. We also have a unique system by which family members of patients can use a secure and confidential system to share relevant information with us. Family members can provide such information prior to outpatient appointments or planned inpatient reviews.
