Mental health is shaped by personal experiences, social conditions, and biological factors. Good mental health is essential to actualize human potential. Society must create conditions, systems and policies that allow each individual to enjoy the best possible mental health. We strongly believe that providing mental health care is a collective social responsibility and therefore support campaigns for universal mental health care that are free at the point of delivery.
We provide high quality clinical care in a compassionate atmosphere that protects an individual’s dignity and enhances a person’s autonomy. We follow international guidelines; we also have excellent systems, policies, and people to provide the most effective care.
We promote self-management to the extent possible and therefore impart skills that will help our patients lead normal lives. Life’s journey is tough for many with mental disorders; we are here to provide support and skills training. Yes, together we can.
Addiction: InMind provides comprehensive support for individuals who want to reduce chemical or behavioural dependency and regain control of their lives.
Anxiety: Anxiety disorders can diminish the quality of life. InMind offers comprehensive assessment and effective interventions. OP based and in-hospital care are provided.
Bipolar Disorder: Effective long-term care is essential to keep this disorder under control. We provide in-hospital care while the episodes are hard to manage at home. We involve you and your family in providing individualised care.
Borderline Personality Disorder: InMind has specialised residential and day programs and outpatient care for BPD. Our specialised care fosters resilience and strengthens your core self. You will be more skilled in relationships and emotion management. You will start a self-discovery journey with our team. Our BPD care can help you be fruitful in all aspects of life.
Depression: From short-term crisis care to ongoing outpatient services, depression treatment at InMind includes behavioural therapies, psychological interventions and appropriate use of medications. We follow rational and evidence-based protocols in medication use.
OCD: We help individuals with OCD to normalise their daily life. Exposure and Response Prevention therapy and other CBT-based therapies proven to help are provided. Psychological therapies combined with rational and evidence-based medication use have helped our patients recover from OCD.
Psychotic Disorders (Schizophrenia and related disorders): We offer comprehensive assessment of the individual’s needs in all areas of life and offer the most advanced interventions. Our inclusive and person-centred approaches guide the person to address various personal, social and occupational limitations. Lighthouse is our day-only recovery program to achieve independence in life.
Trauma & Complex PTSD: InMind’s care pathways are trauma-informed. We have special inpatient and day program services for women experiencing the effects of traumatic events including child abuse. Our interventions help to stabilise the person. The healing phase is built around a solid self-discovery process.
Memory Disorders: We offer a full neuropsychiatric work-up to help diagnose memory difficulties. We offer practical interventions as well as medications to prevent decline in memory functions.
